Sussex-based MJH Executive Homes joins an elite number of winners at prestigious UK property awards

If you’re looking to find one of the best property developments in the UK, where better to look than at the winners’ list of a highly acclaimed property competition? At the UK Property Awards, organised in association with Bloomberg Television, Sussex-based MJH Executive Homes received two of the top UK accolades – Best Development and Best Apartment for Tamarisk in East Preston.

Managing Director, Mike Hartnett, and members of the MJH Executive Homes’ team collected the two awards at a high profile property event at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London’s Hyde Park. The judging panel included experts from the property industry worldwide including Luke McKend who heads the property markets of Google UK, Peter Bolton King, Group Chief Executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals and Helen Shield, Editor-in-Chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine.

Tamarisk is a beautifully designed collection of 21 two-bedroom apartments set around a gated courtyard in the heart of the attractive coastal village of East Preston. Since the launch of the penthouse show home in July, sales at Tamarisk have been brisk with 17 apartments being ‘snapped’ up in less than 20 weeks. Many of the new home owners are already living at Tamarisk and the MJH Executive Homes’ sales team is marketing the final five apartments, which are priced from £229,950 to £237,500.

“We choose our specification with care and always ensure that our new homes are built and finished to the highest standards,” comments Mike Hartnett. “We are both pleased and proud that the quality of our new homes has been recognised by the eminent judging panel at the UK Property Awards. The awards have given our team a real boost as well!”
