Home buyers heading to the South Coast and MJH Executive Homes!

The sales team at MJH Executive Homes’ Tamarisk development in East Preston is reporting a sudden surge in visitors from London and the Home Counties. It seems that people are tired of living in areas such as Ealing, Watford, Luton and Hounslow and are heading to the coast to start a new life.

“The last few weeks have been much busier than expected,” comments Mike Hartnett, Managing Director of MJH Executive Homes. “This follows in the wake of the recent unrest in town centres across the country. It seems to have made some people uneasy about city living and they’re heading for the relaxed lifestyle that they find in quiet coastal towns and villages like East Preston.”

Those moving from the areas around London will find much more for their money on the South Coast, particularly at Tamarisk where the final two ground floor apartments are being marketed for £225,000 each including curtains, carpets and all the furniture. The apartments provide plenty of living space, a kitchen with granite work surfaces, stylish floor tiles, glass splashbacks and a full range of fitted appliances.

“We’ve also been seeing an increase in the number of visitors who are thinking about moving from Brighton and larger coastal towns, where home buyers tend to get less for their money,” adds Mike Hartnett. “It’s easy to commute to other coastal towns from East Preston which offers access to Angmering station and the main coastal roads.”
